Scaff-Ops exists because running a scaffolding company shouldn't mean juggling spreadsheets, WhatsApp threads, paper RAMS and a whiteboard that only one person understands. We built one system that runs the whole job — from the first phone call to the final hire invoice.
Why we built Scaff-Ops
Scaffolding is unlike any other trade. Your product goes up, stays on hire, gets inspected every seven days, and comes back down — and every stage has its own paperwork, its own deadlines and its own ways of losing money. Generic construction software doesn't understand hire periods, additional hire, handover certificates or 7-day inspection regimes. So contractors end up stitching together five tools and a filing cabinet.
Scaff-Ops was designed around the actual workflow of a UK scaffolding business: enquiry, survey, quote, job, schedule, RAMS, handover, inspection, invoice, hire, completion. Enter information once and it flows through every stage — the survey feeds the quote, the quote feeds the job, the job feeds the RAMS, the handover starts the hire clock, and the hire clock raises the invoices.

Software should speak scaffolding
Lifts, elevations, gangs, strikes, additional hire — the system should use your words and your workflow, not force you into someone else's.
One system beats five
Every re-typed detail is a chance for a mistake. When surveys, quotes, RAMS and invoices share one source of truth, the paperwork agrees with itself.
Compliance should be automatic
7-day inspections, signed RAMS, handover certificates — statutory duties shouldn't depend on somebody remembering. The system should carry the calendar.
