The service
Scaff-Ops provides a cloud-based operating system for scaffolding contractors covering CRM, enquiries, surveys, quoting, scheduling, hire management, compliance documentation, and invoicing. During the Beta period, features may change and new modules may be added without notice.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for the activity of users you invite to your company workspace. Each subscription covers a single company; you may add team members according to your plan limits.
Billing
Use of Scaff-Ops requires an active monthly subscription, taken by card through our payment provider when you choose a plan. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal and retain read access to your data for 30 days after cancellation.
Your responsibilities
Scaff-Ops generates compliance documents such as RAMS and handover certificates from the information you provide. You remain responsible for reviewing all generated documents and for meeting your legal and health-and-safety obligations on site.
Liability
Scaff-Ops is provided on an "as is" basis during Beta. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim.
