What we collect
When you use Scaff-Ops we collect the information you provide directly — your name, work email, company details, and the operational data you enter into the platform such as clients, sites, jobs, quotes, and inspection records. We also collect standard usage data (device, browser, pages visited) to keep the service secure and improve it.
How we use your data
Your data is used solely to operate and improve Scaff-Ops: authenticating your account, running your company workspace, generating documents you request (quotes, RAMS, handover certificates), and providing support. We never sell your data and never share your operational records with other customers.
Where your data lives
All customer data is stored in secure, encrypted cloud infrastructure located in the UK and EU. Backups are taken automatically and retained on a rolling schedule so your records survive hardware failure.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated records at any time by contacting sales@reebo-os.com. We respond to all data requests within 30 days as required by UK GDPR.
